Hourly Rate Plan

Not sure how many hours a project requires? Paying by the hour provides the exact amount of
service you need for a competitive hourly rate. This flexibility can help you select the retainer plan

               - Standard Hourly Rate - $35 per hour
               - 2 hour minimum
               - 50% deposit required with balance due prior to release of work
               - Time is billed by the minute
               - Rates may vary depending on the service requested

Retainer Plan - Discounts offered

Retainers are by far the most popular method of working with a VA. Services are offered at a reduced
hourly rate for the continuous monthly support that is required. Reserving time ensures your task needs are scheduled in advance and helps us develop a long-term, collaborative partnership.

                 - 4 hour minimum
                 - Billed in advance to ensure priority scheduling of work
                 - Time is billed by the minute and detailed timesheets are available in the next billing cycle
                 - Includes a flexible 90-day trial period to ensure the appropriate number of hours are retained
                 - Hours must be utilized in the month of purchase and may be carried over for one month only
                 - Retainer hours are non-transferable and non-refundable

Account Terms

               - A signed agreement with deposit or retainer is required before any services will begin
               - With advance notification, additional hours will be billed at the retainer rate.
               - Incidentals required to complete a project, such as mailing supplies, postage, printing, copies,
                 and deliveries, and will be previously authorized prior to billing at cost
               - We accept company checks, and all major credit cards as well as eChecks through PayPal
               - A 2% service charge is assessed after 10 days on all overdue invoices and work will cease
               - There is a $35 fee for returned checks
               - We reserve the right to adjust our rates and account terms at any time
